Intensive In‑Home (IIH)
Not Accepting Any New Clients
Who It's For: Children & adolescents needing structured mental health support in their home environment.
Key Features:
8–12 hours/week of individualized therapy and skills coaching
Support for behavior management, emotional regulation, family training
Delivered by licensed therapists and youth specialists
ASAM-aligned, trauma-informed, with progress tracking
Collaborates with schools, pediatricians, caregivers
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Northern Neck/Middle Peninsula
Accepting New Clients
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, therapeutic support for children and teens who need more than outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient care. Passion 4 You, LLC offers a safe, nurturing, and skill-focused environment where youth learn to manage emotions, improve behavior, and strengthen daily functioning.
IOP includes group therapy, individual sessions, family support, and psychoeducation, delivered by licensed clinicians and trained mental health professionals. Services focus on teaching coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving.
We serve youth ages 6–12 and 13–17 experiencing:
Emotional dysregulation
Anxiety, depression, or mood instability
Anger and impulse control challenges
School behavioral issues
Family conflict
Difficulty coping with stress or trauma
What IOP Provides:
3 hours of therapeutic groups, 2–5 days per week
Evidence-based interventions
A structured afternoon/evening schedule
Support with school, home, and peer challenges
Coordination with families, schools, and providers
Safe, compassionate environment to stabilize and grow
Our goal is to help youth build resilience, regulate emotions, strengthen decision-making, and return to daily life with confidence and support.
Therapeutic Mentoring
Northern Neck/Middle Peninsula

Our Therapeutic Mentoring Program provides one-on-one support to children and teens who need help with emotional regulation, behavior challenges, and positive decision-making. Mentors work directly with youth in school, home, and community settings to teach coping skills, improve communication, and guide healthy peer interactions.
We support youth ages 6–17 who struggle with:
Anger, impulsivity, or emotional outbursts
School behavior issues or suspensions
Anxiety, peer conflict, or social skill deficits
Difficulty following directions or staying on task
Our trained QMHP-C staff help youth:
Build coping and problem-solving skills
Improve communication and relationships
Increase classroom success
Reduce unsafe or impulsive behaviors
Therapeutic Mentoring gives youth the hands-on support they need to practice real-life skills, stay regulated, and succeed across home, school, and community environments.
